Outside the hotel is the chaotic city filled with university students zipping by on bikes and mopeds. Our hotel, an oasis.  

Au revoir Paris! To experience Monet's masterpiece, the Waterlilies, in the room he designed as a gift to this great city, was beautiful.

Try as I might my feather bed will not fit in the suitcase.  This is it then. Time to say goodbye to the comforts of home and embrace the adventure.
